The work of the URAN Association during wartime

We report the main information on the work of the URAN Association in wartime.

1. From the first day of the war, we have been working in an intensified mode, supporting the network and services. The URAN network operates stably except for a few sections where active combat do not allow the equipment to be repaired.

2. Our office in Kyiv is temporarily closed, we work remotely, so we do not have the opportunity to answer calls on office phone. The best way to communicate with us is to send an email to dopomoga@uran.ua. We have also created a Telegram channel where you can leave messages.

If you do not receive an answer to your question immediately, it means that we are in a bomb shelter – and we will answer at the first opportunity. Please treat this with understanding.

3. We remind you that you have a service for online communication eduMEET, which we currently provide for free. Follow the link https://edumeet.uran.ua, create a virtual room, invite the others (provide them with a link from the address bar of the browser) – and communicate with colleagues and family. Seeing and hearing each other in these times is priceless. Establishing joint work while being in different places is quite possible and necessary to support and restore Ukrainian society.
